The SUNY New Paltz English Department will host a reception to honor the life of poet, scholar and professor Pauline Uchmanowicz. The event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Coykendall Science Building auditorium. The event is open to faculty, staff, alumni and students. Former students will read a selection of poetry. To reserve a spot, email english@newpaltz.edu.
