Americans spend over $500 billion to obtain energy, but we are still using a limited resource as our main supply. We are dependent on fossil fuels, there’s no doubt about it. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much done to fix our need for this non-renewable resource. But there is a new hope with the election of Barack Obama, who has promised to support alternative energy.
